這支低敏潔面乳質地呈半透的乳白色的凝乳狀, 無泡沬配方, 質感柔滑, 不黏膩! 在臉上輕輕按摩, 便可選擇以沖洗法/免沖洗法去清走臉上Cleanser! 而這支Cleanser 平常可作洗潔臉部使用, 如肌膚出現濕疹/敏感時, 可用它來代替沐浴乳沖身, 舒緩因問題肌出現的痕癢/紅的反應! 它更有2種使用方法, 如以沖洗方法, 用後肌膚會感到清爽潔淨, 但也不會令肌膚感繃緊乾澀! 而以免沖洗方法, 用紙巾拭淨後, 肌膚會感到有層膜般包著, 滋潤度提高, 在肌膚出問題時使用這方法, 會比較合適, 而且性質溫和, 不傷肌膚, 也不會感黏膩!
