A non-greasy, moisturizing formula for everyone! I love how it its texture is so creamy, which immediately feels like "burst of moisture" as you put it on. It's difficult to describe with words,it is pretty good, but it literally feels like you are putting on

concentrated water. Doesn't not smudge my gel eye liner.I Love it so much,Highly recommend it.
