I think it's a good product especially if it is paired with the day time slimming lotion. I think it'd be better if It was full body than just waist down. The lotion is smooth and comfortable to apply so even if it didn't reduce fat I might still use it as a moisterizer at night. However, I'd only use it at night because it gets a bit sticky before it completely absorbs in your body.
