Nothing special as compared to other less expensive brands. Didn't see any improvement of my skin after using for more than 2 weeks.

I have sensitive skin and I found that La Mer really clam my skin and it really hydrates my skin in particular it is dry all year round in the UK. You need to read and follow the insturctions on how to apply the cream on your face. The texture of the cream is rich therefore you only need a small amount to apply on your full face (can also be applied on eyes area). It's expensive but it's rather long lasting compared to other less expensive well named brands like Chantxxxx. Expensive but money worth.
