It's quite comfy after uaing on my face. I have sensative skin and this neutrogena product makes me feeling refresh and clean. I agree it maight not good for removing make up as it's just a cleanser for daily use. I use make up remover (usually oil, and sometimes water), then use this product for finally step.

same as petchara's comment. I just thought it's a famous product and it's worth to spent more than $300 to own one. I got many big pimples after using it, and my skin like couldn't breath after applied it. And also the smell, I don't like the smell, it just like " mouth water"...ill
