it's really a good toner!but why i can't find this brand in Watson's and Mannings recently??anyone knows?

I love using make-up removing water more than oil, but i don't think this cleansing water is clean enough....I discover after using it, blackhead are easier to form...(I use cleasing foam after this product), some alcohol smell too...make the skin a little bit red...( My skin is not sensitive actually)really disappointed!I think even L'oreal make up remover is better than this one, and much cheaper too!($35 ,70ml in卓悅)
