This product is equipped with SPF30 PA+++ sunscreen, moisturizing and skin cooling features. The cooling effect of this product is not very significant. Judging the sunscreen by normal daily home-office-home use, it does its duty. However, as a moisturizer it is way too greasy. it is not greasy at the time when you apply it, but after several hours, your face looks like a used frying pan. Was told by BA to dust a layer of loose powder on top but for me it is no help at all. Face looks super greasy.

Second commentary: Experienced mild zits breakout along the jawline during the first month of use which I relate to the detoxification effect of the ginseng. The zits were small and recovers quickly so I was not bothered. Eversince use, and other than the ignorable zits, I have not had any breakout of pimples even after eating McDonalds. Soap lasts a long time: 1/4 is used only over last 2 months of twice daily cleansing. Good skin detox cleanser.

Skin is instantly cooled down upon application. Tested it on a day with Hot weather warning issued and while standing on the street under the sun, the skin doesn't feel the usual heat and sweat after application 3 hours ago. Must have in summer, even for those who don't wear makeup. Thin application provides medium coverage and cooling sensation. Recommend.

So far the most long-lasting lipstick I have ever used. It is smooth and easy to apply. The thinner the layer, the better the finish. Typically color stays 6 hours on my lips despite luminosity losses. Overall, a good product to wear to the office.

I bought Candy Glow too. I have learnt my lesson the hard way that whenever you go shopping for cosmetics, ALWAYS try it on your face. The color will definitely be different on the back your hand vs on your face. That is what the testers are for. Always try on your face unless you are prepared to throw your $ away. Back to the Chanel gloss. Nice colour, very user-friendly shades and very easy to use applicator. I like everything about it including color, moisture retention ability, applicator, packaging, texture and the light-weight feeling on your lips, but one thing to complain about... the color is not long-lasting enough. For me, I need a touchup every 3 hours. Overall recommendable product but for this price range, I am sure there are other options.

Have seen and heard lots of favourable comments on Jill STuart lipgloss. Honestly have to admit that I bought it for the pretty appearance for the lipgloss tube. The shimmer is nice and doesn''t dry up your lips but contrary to what everyone else says, this product is too plasticy to me. It smells like melted rubber and the texture is so thick that you often need to check in the mirror if there are gloss caked up on the edges of your lips. The gloss doesn't feel good either, perhaps also due to it thickness. It looks good only shortly after you apply it.

This is a product I would recommend people looking for a moisturizing lipstick to stay away from. I bought my first while waiting to board in the airport DFS - a value pack with 3 shades and shared them with my mother. The lipstick feels smooth and moisture rich when you glide it over your lips. The scent is so soothingly feminine that you would instantly fall for it. The color stayed on well too all the time while you are wearing it. Your lips would still feel sufficiently moist. This product failed me badly at the time when I wipe it off with tissue paper. The color remains in the liplines and you practically need to rub it off your lips and while doing so, you realise your lips have become so dry that it is about to crack. The only reason I can come up with to explain this phenomonon is that this product is really heavy in Wax and Oil based ingredients which gives you this smooth and soft feel while you have it on, but steathily eats up your lips' natural moisture. Overall, Bad Product. A good lipstick should leave your skin moist even after you remove it. Not only when you have it on.

I fell in love with the Chanel product since 2005 when it costed $3xx. I bought mine then and am still using it. This is the best Chanel makeup product I have come across. The tiny tweezer, the mini brushes and the mirror all demonstrated how thoughtful the product designer is. It comes in 3 brow shades to fit almost everyone's needs. For someone with really dark hair, I use almost exclusively the darkest shade for the ends of my brows for definition and the 2 lighter shades to fill out the head of my brows. Nothing is flawless and so it this product. The box is quite heavy (as with all other Chanel products)to be tucked into your touch up purse. However, given its long lasting-ness, I never ever had to touchup during the day. And the pack is convenient for travelling too. Overall, I would have to say this is by far the best eyebrow shadow I have ever used.

Sorry to say I regret buying this product. I initially bought this as it is bundled with something else which attracted me and I decided to give this product a try. For someone (>30 years old) sitting in the office daily for 10 hours a day. This product is simply TOO dry. It does feel moist and smooth when you apply it in the morning but as time goes by, you realize that the moist texture you felt in the morning is only because it is a cream foundation. It does nothing to moisturize your skin during the day and indeed extracts moisture from my skin. At around noon time, I already get a shiny T-zone which simultaneously shows fine lines. Removing this product posed another problem. You need an oil based remover to really free your face from its cling. Somehow I just felt this product is nothing more than tinted wax for your face.

Bought a box when the brand first came to HK and find that the blush goes on well for me when I do a full face makeup, otherwise, the color is too light. I also have to comment that this product is not long lasting enough for a full workday (typically 10 hours for most HK OLs). Be prepared to touch up during coffee breaks or lunch breaks. Price is good for the amount of product you are getting but the packaging is just too simple and plain to be functional. It doesn't have a mirror. How on earth am I supposed to touch up given it is not that long lasting. One point worth mentioning is that the texture is soft and smooth and also it smells good without going over board. Something I really liked about. However, given the choices in the market. I have ditched this product after using it for a while.
