This powder is extremely fine and it can hold the make-up for over 8 hours. It can also cover the pores in areas around the nose. If brush was provided, the powder would be able to be applied more evenly. Personally don't like to apply the powder with the puff.

I think this toner is ideal for hot and humid weather like Hong Kong. It is moisturizing and does not give a sticky feeling because of its quick absorption by the skin. Now I just apply this toner and sunscreen before heading out to the sun. This product is highly recommended.

This cream to me can be used as eye cream as its texture is quite watery and the fine lines under my eyes were gone right after application. You can get a better deal if you buy it at Sasa, currently at 25% off the price at counters.

I can't agree with the reviewers more! This product opens up the pores and sucks out the impurities and 'melts' the dead skin. The face does look much brighter after use. If you have dry cheeks, make sure you use hydration mask after using this deep-cleaning mask. Very good product at a reasonable price.

Latest update: $60 / colour instead of $65 I just bought my first eye shadow after Kose counter this evening after trying it at the counter last month. If you are a beginner looking for something natural, try the light brown one (colour code: BR 312). And if you don't have any eye shadow base, which helps the colour cling to eyelids for longer. You can check out their cream eye shadow base. It also clings to the eyelids quite well. Even the brands at Sasa or Bonjour (MaxFactor and Revlon) have eye shadows (single colour) at about the same price as the Kose shadows. Unfortunately if you buy one colour only, it doesn't come with a brush and you need to buy a bigger case with brush included separately. Brushes are available at any make-up stores - so this shouldn't be a big problem for any.

I tried this at the counter when a beauty advisor applied the full makeup on me. The colour can stay for a long time and it seems nothing came off from the eyelids. I don't know if you can call it moisturizing but it clings to the eyelids with having any of it forming 'folds' on the eyelids. Paul & Joe's eye shadow is way more expensive. I believe this is a good product and reasonably-priced.

This is a very good powder. It is very fine and turns into a thin and smooth protective layer like talcum. I got combination skin myself and it can control sebum for more than 10 hours, although a bit of sebum is inevitable but it is acceptable. Most of the sebum came from the chin and the nose.

tried the sample and think it cleanses your skin well without drying it out - I guess this is because of its texture in milk form.

Tried it at the counter after the advisor applied the full make-up on me. The colour can stay for a long time - at least 6 to 7 hours without a slight sign of powder falling off. You can even apply it without a brush, and you don't need to rub hard to get the colour out. A little goes a long way. Although it's powder, when the beauty advisor put it on my eyelids, it gave a creamy texture.

This liquid foundation is very moisturizing and it seems to be designed for those who can't take compact powder foundation. I mean, I find it quite dry and its liquid form does a much better job if you don't mind going into the hassle to spreading it on the face and even it out with the sponge and so forth. Although the package is not particularly attractive, the quality of this foundation counts mores than its bottle. A small amount goes a long way and if your skin isn't the oily type, you won't need to worry about reapplying. For newbies, squeeze a small amount on the back of your hand. Don't ever squeeze out too much because it will dry out and you won't be able to even it out on the face. The loose powder from the same line is very fine as they seem to be a good match!

The texture of this emulsion is not as thick as its older version - Micro Performance. Beauty advisors at the counter advised me to use facial cotton when applying this, but I was just too lazy to do so. If you use your hands, you will need less than what you need when you use facial cotton. This emulsion is relatively thicker than other brands that I've tried. So for beginners, start with pumping a little at a time to avoid ending up an sticky and oily face after application.

This cream isn't too watery but I could feel its power after I put it on. People with oily skin might find it too 'greasy', so to speak. People with combination skin will find it moisturizing. However, for me, it's not moisturizing enough as I got combination sensitive skin with especially dry areas on the cheeks. I think the cream by Shiseido - The Skincare is more moisturizing than this one.

It's very moisturizing. Your skin won't feel dry if you don't apply anything after 10 minutes. If you want to get the bargain of this product, the counter will sell it in large sizes (60 ml / 85 ml) at certain periods of the time. You can visit the counter and try the product. It's definitely worth a try if you got very dry skin. Pump your skin with moisture with this!
